Ivan Perišić

Ivan Perišić, born on February 2, 1989, is a distinguished Croatian professional footballer currently showcasing his talents as a winger for Eredivisie club PSV and the Croatia national team. Renowned for his ambipedality and versatility, Perišić has excelled in various positions, including left winger, left wing-back, right winger, and even as an attacking midfielder or second striker during the early stages of his career. His exceptional skills have earned him recognition as one of the greatest Croatian players of all time.

A product of the youth academies of Hajduk Split and Sochaux, Perišić first made a significant impact at Club Brugge, where he emerged as the top goalscorer in the Belgian Pro League and was honored as the Belgian Footballer of the Year in 2011. This success paved the way for his transfer to Borussia Dortmund, where he contributed to the team's triumph in the 2011–12 Bundesliga.

In January 2013, Perišić joined VfL Wolfsburg for a transfer fee of eight million euros, where he enjoyed a successful stint, culminating in a victory at the 2015 DFB-Pokal final. His journey continued with a move to Inter Milan for sixteen million euros, followed by a loan to Bayern Munich in 2019, where he was part of the squad that achieved a historic treble.
