J. J. Barea, born on June twenty-six, nineteen eighty-four, is a distinguished Puerto Rican basketball coach and former player. He began his collegiate career with the Northeastern Huskies before making his mark in the NBA, joining the Dallas Mavericks in two thousand six. This milestone made him the seventh Puerto Rican to compete in the league.
