J. J. Daigneault

J. J. Daigneault, born on October twelfth, nineteen sixty-five, is a distinguished Canadian former professional ice hockey defenceman. His career in the National Hockey League spanned from nineteen eighty-four to two thousand, during which he showcased his skills on the ice and contributed significantly to his teams.

After retiring as a player, Daigneault transitioned into coaching, taking the helm as the head coach of the Halifax Mooseheads in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League from two thousand nineteen to two thousand twenty-one. His leadership and experience were instrumental in guiding young athletes in their development.

In addition to his role with the Mooseheads, Daigneault served as an assistant coach for the Montreal Canadiens from two thousand twelve until the conclusion of the two thousand seventeen-eighteen NHL season. His extensive knowledge of the game and strategic insights made him a valuable asset to the coaching staff.
