Seán William "Jack" McLoughlin, widely known as jacksepticeye, is a prominent Irish YouTuber born on February 7, 1990, in Cloghan, County Offaly. His journey into the digital world began in December 2012, when he started uploading videos that combined gaming, comedy, and vlogging. His engaging personality and unique content quickly resonated with audiences, leading to a remarkable growth in his channel, which reached one million subscribers in 2014 and ten million by 2016.

In addition to his YouTube success, McLoughlin made appearances on Disney XD and Irish national television in 2017. He embarked on a tour across Europe and the United States, showcasing his talents during the How Did We Get Here tour and the Game Grumps's Ready Player 3 tour. His influence continued to expand as he began streaming exclusive content on Twitch in 2018, under a multi-year deal with Disney Digital Network.

Jacksepticeye's career took a cinematic turn in 2021 when he appeared in the film Free Guy alongside Ryan Reynolds. The following year, he released a biographical documentary titled How Did We Get Here?, which featured highlights from his tour.
