Jaclyn Stelmaszyk

Jaclyn Stelmaszyk, born on December sixteenth, nineteen eighty-six, is a distinguished Polish Canadian rower celebrated for her remarkable achievements in the sport. She made her mark on the international rowing scene by clinching gold in the lightweight women's quad sculls at the 2012 World Rowing Championships, representing Poland with pride and skill.

In a testament to her versatility and talent, Jaclyn returned to the Canadian rowing team, where she continued to excel. At the 2019 Pan American Games held in Lima, she showcased her prowess by winning gold in the lightweight women's double sculls alongside her teammate Kate Haber, solidifying her status as a top competitor in the sport.

In December 2019, Jaclyn made a significant decision to switch her national representation from Canada to Poland. This move was facilitated by an exemption granted by the Olympic executive board, allowing her to pursue her Olympic dreams with the Polish Rowing Federation (PZTW). With determination and focus, she began training to qualify a lightweight double boat for the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games.
