Moore began her illustrious career in World Class Championship Wrestling but gained widespread recognition in the United States Wrestling Association, where she became a fourteen-time USWA Women's Champion. Her journey continued in World Championship Wrestling, where she served as a valet for Kevin Sullivan and later managed the iconic tag team Harlem Heat.

In nineteen ninety-eight, she made her mark in the World Wrestling Federation, now known as World Wrestling Entertainment. Here, she managed Marc Mero and engaged in a fierce rivalry with Sable, which played a pivotal role in the re-establishment of the WWF Women's Championship, a title she held twice.
