Jade Carey

Jade Carey, born on May twenty-seventh, two thousand, is a prominent American artistic gymnast known for her exceptional skills on the vault and floor exercise. She made her mark on the international stage by representing the United States at the 2020 Summer Olympics as an individual competitor and again at the 2024 Summer Olympics as a vital member of the U.S. women's team, affectionately dubbed the 'Golden Girls.'

Carey has achieved remarkable success in her gymnastics career, highlighted by her gold medal win in the floor exercise at the 2020 Olympics and a bronze medal in vault at the 2024 Olympics. Her prowess on the floor exercise has earned her two World medals, including a silver in two thousand seventeen and a bronze in two thousand twenty-two, along with the title of Pan American Champion in two thousand eighteen.

On vault, she has also made her mark, becoming the World champion in two thousand twenty-two and securing two World silver medals in two thousand seventeen and two thousand nineteen. Additionally, she is a two-time American national champion, having won titles in two thousand seventeen and two thousand twenty-two. With a total of nine medals at the FIG World Cup, her accolades continue to grow.

In her collegiate career, Carey competed for the Oregon State Beavers gymnastics team, where she excelled by winning seven Pac-12 titles and six medals at the NCAA Championships, alongside numerous conference honors. With a total of ten Olympic and World Championship medals, she is tied with Aly Raisman as the fifth most decorated U.S. female gymnast in history.
