Jade Kwan

Jade Kwan, born Kwan Wai-Man on July 31, 1979, is a talented singer, songwriter, and recording artist who has made significant contributions to the music scene in both Hong Kong and Canada. Originally hailing from Vancouver, Jade's journey in music began when she triumphed at the 1999 New Talent Singing Awards Canada Finals, where she also secured the Best Potential Newcomer Award at the International Finals.

In July 2002, Jade made her official debut under BMA Records with her album Jade-1. This marked the beginning of a prolific career, during which she has released over thirteen albums and extended plays, earning numerous accolades as a best new artist. Her unique sound and engaging performances have captivated audiences, establishing her as a prominent figure in the industry.

Beyond her musical achievements, Jade is also known for her philanthropic efforts. She was honored with the Ten Outstanding Young Persons Selection in 2012 and received the Hong Kong Volunteer Award in 2011. As the founder and chairperson of Shining Life Limited, a charitable organization, she continues to make a positive impact in her community.
