Jake E. Lee

Jake E. Lee, born Jakey Lou Williams on February 15, 1957, is a renowned American guitarist and songwriter, celebrated for his exceptional skills and contributions to the rock and metal genres. He gained prominence as the lead guitarist for Ozzy Osbourne from 1982 to 1987, a period during which he helped shape the sound of classic albums that remain influential to this day.

After his tenure with Osbourne, Lee co-founded the heavy metal band Badlands alongside vocalist Ray Gillen. The band's unique blend of hard rock and blues garnered a dedicated following, showcasing Lee's versatility and musical prowess. In 2013, he took another significant step in his career by forming the band Red Dragon Cartel, which released its debut album in January 2014, entering the Billboard Album Chart at number sixty-nine.

In addition to his work with bands, Jake E. Lee has pursued solo projects, including the instrumental album A Fine Pink Mist released in nineteen ninety-six and the cover album Retraced in two thousand five.
