Jake Ilnicki

Jake Ilnicki, born on February twenty-four, nineteen ninety-two, is a prominent Canadian rugby union prop known for his dynamic presence on the field. He represents Canada in international rugby and currently plays for Old Glory DC in Major League Rugby (MLR). His career has seen him take on various roles in professional rugby, including stints with the New South Wales Country Eagles in Australia's National Rugby Championship and the Seattle Seawolves in MLR.

Making his international debut in two thousand thirteen, Ilnicki quickly established himself as a key player for Canada, participating in the prestigious 2015 Rugby World Cup. His journey in professional rugby began in early two thousand sixteen when he signed with the San Diego Breakers in PRO Rugby, marking the start of an exciting chapter in his career.

In December two thousand sixteen, Ilnicki joined the Aviva Premiership side Northampton Saints. Although he did not make first-team appearances, he played a crucial role in helping the Saints' second team, the Northampton Wanderers, secure the Aviva 'A' League trophy in the 2016/17 season. After leaving Saints at the end of that season, he signed with Newcastle Falcons for the remainder of the 2017-18 season.

In two thousand nineteen, Ilnicki returned to Major League Rugby, joining the Seattle Seawolves and contributing to their success in the league, including participation in the MLR final. He continued with Seattle for two more seasons before signing with Old Glory DC for the 2022 season, further solidifying his reputation as a skilled and dedicated rugby player.
