Jamaal Magloire

Jamaal Magloire, born on May 21, 1978, is a distinguished Canadian former professional basketball player who has transitioned into a role as a basketball development consultant and community ambassador for the Toronto Raptors. His impressive career spanned twelve seasons in the National Basketball Association (NBA), where he showcased his skills with several teams, including the Charlotte Hornets, New Orleans Hornets, Milwaukee Bucks, Portland Trail Blazers, New Jersey Nets, Dallas Mavericks, Miami Heat, and Toronto Raptors.

Standing at six feet eleven inches and weighing two hundred sixty-five pounds, Magloire was a formidable center on the court. He was selected by the Charlotte Hornets as the nineteenth overall pick in the 2000 NBA draft, a decision made after he withdrew his name from the previous draft.
