Jane Channell

Jane Channell, born on August twenty-third, nineteen eighty-eight, is a distinguished Canadian skeleton racer who has made significant strides in the sport since her debut in two thousand eleven. Her journey into skeleton racing was sparked by the inspiring performance of Jon Montgomery, who clinched gold at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver. This pivotal moment motivated Channell to pursue a career in this thrilling winter sport.

Channell's athletic prowess was evident long before she took to the skeleton track. She excelled in softball and track and field, where she showcased her speed and agility by winning the Great Northwest Athletic Conference indoor track titles in both the sixty meters and two hundred meters.
