Janet Leung, born on April twenty-fifth, nineteen ninety-four, is a distinguished Canadian softball player who has made significant contributions to the sport both nationally and internationally. Currently, she plays for the Charros de Jalisco in the Mexican Softball League and is a proud member of the Canadian Senior Women’s National team.
Leung's collegiate career at Brown University spanned from two thousand twelve to two thousand sixteen, during which she showcased her exceptional talent by earning All-Ivy honors for all four years. Her dedication and skill on the field have been evident since she joined the Canada women's national softball team in two thousand seventeen.
One of the highlights of her career came during the two thousand twenty Summer Olympics, where she played a pivotal role in helping Canada secure its first-ever medal in softball. This historic achievement not only marked a significant milestone for Leung but also for Canadian softball as a whole.
