Janine Sonis

Janine Sonis, born on August twentieth, nineteen ninety-four, is a talented professional soccer player who has made her mark in the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) as a forward and full-back for Denver Summit FC. A dual representative of the United States and Canada, she has showcased her skills on both club and international stages.

Sonis honed her craft at Texas Tech University, where she played for the Red Raiders and earned first-team All-American honors in two thousand fourteen. Her professional journey began when she was drafted eighth overall by the Houston Dash in the two thousand sixteen NWSL College Draft. After two seasons, she transitioned to Sky Blue FC, before making a significant move to England to join Manchester City.

During her four seasons with Manchester City, Sonis achieved remarkable success, winning two Women's FA Cups and two Women's League Cups.
