Jaroslav Plašil

Jaroslav Plašil, born on January fifth, nineteen eighty-two, is a distinguished Czech former professional footballer who made his mark as a midfielder. His career is notably defined by his extensive tenure in France, where he played for prominent clubs such as Monaco and Bordeaux, amassing an impressive four hundred and eleven appearances in Ligue 1.

During his time at Bordeaux, Plašil became a pivotal figure, featuring in three hundred and sixty-seven matches and leading the team as captain to triumph in the 2012–13 Coupe de France. His versatility and skill on the field also saw him venture abroad, with two seasons spent at Osasuna in Spain and a loan spell at Catania in Italy.
