Jason Alexander

Jay Scott Greenspan, widely recognized as Jason Alexander, was born on September 23, 1959. An accomplished American actor and comedian, he has made a significant mark in the entertainment industry through his diverse talents. Alexander is perhaps best known for his iconic portrayal of George Costanza on the beloved NBC sitcom Seinfeld, which aired from 1989 to 1998. His performance earned him a Screen Actors Guild Award and multiple nominations for prestigious accolades, including seven consecutive Primetime Emmy Awards and four Golden Globe Awards.

Before his television fame, Alexander made his Broadway debut in 1981, originating the role of Joe in Stephen Sondheim's Merrily We Roll Along.
