Jean Alesi

Hailing from Avignon, Alesi's passion for motorsport ignited at the age of sixteen when he began karting, initially aspiring to compete in rallying. After leaving Ferrari at the end of nineteen ninety-five, Alesi joined Benetton, where he exchanged seats with Michael Schumacher. His time with Benetton saw him earn thirteen podium finishes over two seasons. He later raced for Sauber, where he achieved his only podium with the team at the nineteen ninety-eight Belgian Grand Prix, before concluding his Formula One career with Prost in two thousand one. Post-Formula One, Alesi transitioned to the Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters from two thousand to two thousand six, where he celebrated several victories. He also participated in the Speedcar Series and made notable appearances at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in two thousand ten and the Indianapolis 500 in two thousand twelve, ultimately retiring from competitive racing that same year.
