Jessica Trisko Darden, born on August twentieth, nineteen eighty-four, is a distinguished Canadian academic and activist, known for her multifaceted career as a former model and beauty queen. Currently, she serves as an Assistant Professor of Political Science at Virginia Commonwealth University, where she also directs the Security and Foreign Policy Initiative at William & Mary’s Global Research Institute. In addition, she holds the position of Non-Resident Fellow with the Eurasia Group Foundation.
Her journey in the world of beauty pageants began when she won the Miss Earth Canada title, which led her to represent Canada at Miss Earth two thousand seven.
