Jhon Durán

Jhon Durán, born on December 13, 2003, is a talented Colombian professional footballer who has made a name for himself as a striker. Currently, he plays for the Russian Premier League club Zenit Saint Petersburg, on loan from Saudi Pro League club Al-Nassr, and represents the Colombia national team.

Durán's football journey began at Envigado, where he made his professional debut in 2019. His impressive performances caught the attention of Major League Soccer's Chicago Fire, where he joined in 2022. During his time with the Fire, he showcased his scoring ability, netting eight goals in twenty-seven appearances.

In January 2023, Durán took a significant step in his career by signing with Premier League club Aston Villa for a reported fee of fourteen point seventy-five million pounds. His career continued to ascend as he transferred to Al-Nassr in January 2025 for a staggering sixty-four million pounds. Following this, he was loaned to Fenerbahçe for the 2025–26 season, further broadening his experience in international football.

On the international stage, Durán made his debut for the Colombia senior national team in September 2022. He played a crucial role in the squad that finished as runners-up in the 2024 Copa América, marking a significant achievement in his early career.
