Jill Ellis

Jill Ellis, born on September sixth, nineteen sixty-six, is a prominent English-American football manager and executive. Currently serving as the Chief Football Officer of FIFA, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the global football strategy of the organization. Her leadership is instrumental in driving the development and implementation of initiatives that aim to enhance the sport worldwide.

Before her current position, Ellis was the president of San Diego Wave FC in the National Women's Soccer League, a role she embraced since the team's expansion in twenty twenty-one. Her coaching career is marked by her tenure with the United States women's national team from two thousand fourteen to two thousand nineteen, during which she achieved remarkable success by winning two FIFA Women's World Cups in twenty fifteen and twenty nineteen.
