Jim Verraros, born on February eighth, nineteen eighty-three, is an American singer, songwriter, actor, and dancer who first gained national attention as a contestant on the inaugural season of American Idol, where he secured the ninth position. Raised by deaf parents, Verraros is fluent in American Sign Language, a skill that he showcased during his audition by signing the lyrics to his chosen song.
