Jimi Jamison

Jimi Jamison, born on August twenty-third, nineteen fifty-one, was an iconic American singer and musician, celebrated for his powerful vocal abilities. He gained prominence as the frontman for several rock bands, most notably Survivor, where he showcased his talent from nineteen eighty-four to nineteen eighty-eight. During this period, he performed memorable hits such as 'Burning Heart' from the film Rocky IV and 'The Moment of Truth' from The Karate Kid, alongside other top-20 Survivor tracks like 'I Can't Hold Back', 'High On You', 'The Search Is Over', and 'Is This Love'.

After a hiatus, Jamison rejoined Survivor in two thousand, continuing to contribute to the band's legacy until two thousand six. His passion for music and dedication to his craft led him to reunite with the band once more in two thousand eleven, further solidifying his status in the rock music scene.

In addition to his work with Survivor, Jamison was also known for his songwriting prowess. He co-wrote and performed the iconic theme song 'I'm Always Here' for the popular 1990s television series Baywatch, which became synonymous with the show and showcased his versatility as an artist.
