Jimmy DeGrasso

Jimmy DeGrasso, born on March sixteenth, nineteen sixty-three, is a renowned American heavy metal drummer whose career spans several decades. He first gained recognition as a member of Mama's Boys and later collaborated with Lita Ford, showcasing his exceptional drumming skills.

Throughout his illustrious career, DeGrasso has played with iconic bands such as Y&T and Megadeth. His versatility as a session and touring musician has led him to work with legendary artists including Ozzy Osbourne in nineteen eighty-six, White Lion in nineteen ninety-one, and Fiona in nineteen ninety-two. He was also a key member of Suicidal Tendencies from nineteen ninety-two to nineteen ninety-five, and contributed to MD.45 in nineteen ninety-six, as well as Alice Cooper from nineteen ninety-five to nineteen ninety-seven.

After the disbandment of Megadeth around two thousand two, DeGrasso continued to make his mark in the music industry. He joined Dave Ellefson's F5 from two thousand seven to two thousand ten and toured with notable acts such as The David Lee Roth Band in two thousand six, Ministry in two thousand eight, and Alice Cooper again in two thousand eight. His dynamic presence was also felt in Hail in two thousand nine, Dokken in two thousand twelve, and Ratt in two thousand fourteen.

In December two thousand twelve, DeGrasso became the drummer for Black Star Riders, a role he held until March two thousand seventeen. His contributions to the heavy metal scene have solidified his reputation as a talented and influential musician.
