Jodie Meeks

Jodie Meeks, born on August 21, 1987, is a distinguished American professional basketball player and coach. He is currently serving as an assistant coach for the New Orleans Pelicans in the National Basketball Association (NBA). Meeks' journey in basketball began at the University of Kentucky, where he showcased his exceptional talent on the court.

On January 13, 2009, Meeks made headlines by breaking the Kentucky single-game scoring record, achieving an impressive fifty-four points in a nationally televised game against Tennessee. This remarkable performance also saw him set a new record for the university by sinking ten three-pointers in a single game, further solidifying his reputation as a sharpshooter.

Throughout his career, Meeks has enjoyed significant success, including winning the NBA championship in 2019 as a member of the Toronto Raptors.
