Joe Lynn Turner, born on August second, nineteen fifty-one, is a renowned American singer, songwriter, and guitarist, celebrated for his powerful vocals and dynamic stage presence. He gained prominence in the early 1980s as the lead vocalist for the iconic rock band Rainbow, where he contributed to several successful albums, including Difficult to Cure, Straight Between the Eyes, and Bent Out of Shape.
After Rainbow disbanded, Turner collaborated with the virtuoso guitarist Yngwie Malmsteen, lending his voice to the studio album Odyssey and the live album Trial by Fire: Live in Leningrad.
