Joe Wilson

Addison Graves "Joe" Wilson Sr., born on July 31, 1947, is a prominent American politician and attorney, currently serving as the U.S. representative for South Carolina's 2nd congressional district since the year two thousand one. A dedicated member of the Republican Party, Wilson's district encompasses a diverse area stretching from Columbia to the Georgia–South Carolina border.

Before his tenure in Congress, Wilson made his mark in state politics as a South Carolina state senator for the 23rd district from nineteen eighty-five to two thousand one. His legislative experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of both local and national issues, allowing him to effectively represent his constituents.
