Johanna Konta, born on May 17, 1991, in Sydney, Australia, is a distinguished former professional tennis player who represented both Australia and Great Britain during her career. With Hungarian roots, she moved to England at the age of fourteen and later switched her sporting allegiance to Great Britain after obtaining British citizenship in May 2012.

Throughout her career, Konta achieved remarkable success on the WTA Tour, securing four singles titles and eleven singles titles along with four doubles titles on the ITF Women's Circuit. She reached a career-high singles ranking of world No. 4 on July 17, 2017, becoming the first British woman to break into the WTA's top ten in over thirty years.
