John Hodger Laurinaitis, born on July 31, 1962, is a retired American professional wrestler and business executive, widely recognized by his ring name, Johnny Ace. His career in professional wrestling spans several prominent promotions, including World Championship Wrestling (WCW), All Japan Pro Wrestling (AJPW), and World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE).

Laurinaitis is not only known for his wrestling prowess but also for his familial connections in the industry. He is the brother of Joe Laurinaitis, famously known as Road Warrior Animal, who was part of the legendary tag team The Road Warriors. Additionally, he is the uncle of James Laurinaitis, a former National Football League player.

In WWE, John Laurinaitis made significant contributions in various roles. He spent eight years in the talent relations office and occasionally returned to the ring as a wrestler from 2011 to 2012. Following his on-screen firing, he transitioned from his corporate role to a producer position.
