John Mattatall

John Mattatall, born on December first, nineteen eighty-two, is a distinguished Canadian figure skater and coach. He made a significant mark in the world of pair skating, notably partnering with Mylène Brodeur. Together, they achieved remarkable success, securing the bronze medal at the 2009 Canadian National Championships and finishing in tenth place at the World Championships the same year.

After a commendable career on the ice, John transitioned into coaching, sharing his expertise and passion for figure skating with aspiring athletes. His dedication to the sport has made him a respected figure in the skating community.

Following his retirement, John returned to his roots in Nova Scotia, where he has embraced a new chapter in his life. Recently, he celebrated a personal milestone by marrying, marking a joyful new beginning alongside his professional endeavors.
