John Stossel

John Stossel, born on March sixth, nineteen forty-seven, is a prominent American libertarian television presenter, journalist, and author. His career spans various platforms, including ABC News, Fox Business Network, and Reason TV, where he has made a significant impact as a consumer journalist and political activist.

Stossel's unique style blends reporting with commentary, reflecting his 'small L' libertarian philosophy and a strong belief in free-market economics. He began his journalism journey as a researcher for KGW-TV and later served as a consumer reporter at WCBS-TV in New York City. His tenure at ABC News saw him rise to the role of consumer editor and reporter on Good Morning America, eventually becoming a correspondent for the weekly news magazine program 20/20, where he also co-anchored.

In October two thousand nine, Stossel transitioned to the Fox Business Network, where he hosted a weekly news show titled Stossel from December two thousand nine until December two thousand sixteen.
