Johnny Burnette, born on March 25, 1934, was a prominent American guitarist, singer, songwriter, and composer known for his contributions to rockabilly and pop music. He gained fame in the early 1950s as a member of the legendary band that would come to be known as the Rock and Roll Trio, alongside his brother Dorsey Burnette and their friend Paul Burlison.
