Jon Davison

Jon Davison, born on January sixteenth, nineteen seventy-one, is a prominent American singer, guitarist, and songwriter, renowned for his role as the lead vocalist of the progressive rock band Yes since two thousand twelve. His musical journey has been marked by a series of significant contributions to the genre, showcasing his versatility and passion for music.

Before joining Yes, Davison was the lead singer of the progressive rock band Glass Hammer from two thousand nine to two thousand fourteen. His earlier musical endeavors include serving as the bass guitarist for Sky Cries Mary from nineteen ninety-three to two thousand sixteen, where he was affectionately known by his nickname, 'Juano' Davison.

In two thousand twenty, Davison collaborated with fellow Yes member Billy Sherwood to form a new band called Arc of Life. The band released its self-titled debut studio album the following year, followed by a second album in two thousand twenty-two, further solidifying Davison's place in the contemporary music scene.

Throughout his career, Davison has also worked closely with his father-in-law, John Lodge of The Moody Blues, until Lodge's passing in two thousand twenty-five.
