Jonathan Roy

Jonathan Roy, born on March fifteenth, nineteen eighty-nine, is a multifaceted Canadian artist known for his talents as a pop singer and songwriter, as well as his past as an ice hockey goaltender. He is the son of the legendary Hockey Hall of Fame goaltender Patrick Roy, which set high expectations for his athletic career.

Initially, Jonathan pursued a path in ice hockey, playing in junior leagues and honing his skills as a goaltender. However, in two thousand seven, he made a pivotal decision to shift his focus from the rink to the stage, encouraged by his father to explore his musical aspirations.

Since then, Jonathan has made significant strides in the music industry, releasing three albums to date. His major-label debut, titled Mr. Optimist Blues, was launched in two thousand seventeen and features several tracks penned by the iconic 1980s pop star Corey Hart, showcasing his unique blend of pop influences.
