Jonathan Spector, born on March first, nineteen eighty-six, is a distinguished American former soccer player who made his mark as a defender. Over the course of his impressive sixteen-year career, he played in excess of four hundred matches for both club and country, showcasing his skills on the international stage and contributing to the United States' triumph in the CONCACAF Gold Cup in two thousand seven.

Spector's professional journey began in England when he joined Manchester United as a teenager. Although his appearances for the club were limited, he gained valuable experience during loan spells at Charlton Athletic. In two thousand six, he signed with West Ham United, where he made over one hundred appearances before parting ways with the club at the conclusion of the two thousand ten to eleven season.

Following his time at West Ham, Spector enjoyed a successful five and a half seasons with Birmingham City. He later transitioned to Major League Soccer, playing for Orlando City, and had a brief stint with Scottish club Hibernian.
