Josef Tošovský

Josef Tošovský, born on 28 September 1950, is a distinguished Czech economist, banker, and politician. His career is marked by significant contributions to the financial landscape of the Czech Republic, particularly during a transformative period in the nation's history.

Tošovský served as the governor of the Czech National Bank from 1993 to 2000, a role in which he played a crucial part in stabilizing the country's economy following the split of Czechoslovakia.
