Josh Prenot

Josh Prenot, born on July 28, 1993, in Sedalia, Missouri, is a distinguished former American competitive swimmer. He was raised in Santa Maria, California, where his passion for swimming ignited at the age of twelve with the Santa Maria Swim Club. His dedication and talent soon led him to the University of California at Berkeley, where he honed his skills and made a significant mark in the swimming community.

Specializing in breaststroke and individual medley events, Prenot's career reached a pinnacle during the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympics. There, he showcased his exceptional abilities, earning a silver medal in the men's 200-meter breaststroke, a testament to his hard work and determination.
