His film 'El puente' in nineteen seventy-seven also garnered acclaim, winning the Golden Prize at the tenth Moscow International Film Festival.

In addition to his directorial achievements, Bardem co-founded the film magazine 'Objetivo' with Luis García Berlanga in nineteen fifty-three, a publication that thrived until nineteen fifty-six.
