Judd Gregg

Judd Gregg, born on February 14, 1947, is a distinguished American politician, attorney, and businessperson. He served as the 76th governor of New Hampshire from 1989 to 1993, showcasing his leadership and commitment to public service. Following his gubernatorial tenure, Gregg represented New Hampshire in the United States Senate from 1993 to 2011, where he held significant roles as Chairman of both the Health Committee and the Budget Committee.

A member of the Republican Party, Gregg's career began in Nashua as a businessman and attorney before he transitioned into the political arena. His influence extended beyond state politics; he was nominated by President Barack Obama for the position of Secretary of Commerce, although he withdrew his nomination shortly before the confirmation process.

In May 2011, he joined Goldman Sachs as an international advisor, and by May 2013, he became the CEO of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association, a prominent Wall Street lobbying group.
