Julius Schaub

Julius Schaub, born on August twentieth, nineteen ninety-eight in Munich, Bavaria, was a prominent figure in the inner circle of Adolf Hitler. His journey began as a field medic during World War I, where he sustained injuries to both feet. Following the war's aftermath, Schaub joined the Nazi Party, which led to the loss of his job. However, this pivotal decision caught the attention of Hitler, who subsequently hired him as his personal aide, a role he would fulfill for over two decades.

Throughout his tenure, Schaub was entrusted with the care of Hitler's personal belongings, papers, and travel arrangements, solidifying his position as a trusted confidant. His loyalty was further demonstrated when he was imprisoned alongside Hitler in 1924 due to their involvement in the failed coup d'état attempt in Munich in November nineteen twenty-three. By October nineteen forty, Schaub had risen to the rank of chief aide and adjutant, a testament to his unwavering dedication.

In July nineteen forty-four, Schaub narrowly escaped a deadly assassination attempt on Hitler during a military briefing at the Wolfsschanze barracks, as he was in a different building at the time. As the war drew to a close, he was ordered to vacate the Führerbunker in late April nineteen forty-five, tasked with destroying all of Hitler's personal effects and documents. Shortly thereafter, on May eighth, nineteen forty-five, Schaub was apprehended by American forces.
