Jung Kook

Jeon Jung-kook, born on September 1, 1997, is a celebrated South Korean singer and songwriter, best known as a key member of the globally renowned boy band BTS. His journey in music began with BTS, where he showcased his exceptional vocal talent and quickly rose to prominence within the group.

Throughout his career with BTS, Jung Kook has contributed to the group's discography with three solo tracks: 'Begin' in 2016, 'Euphoria' in 2018, and 'My Time' in 2020. Each of these songs achieved significant success, charting on South Korea's Gaon Digital Chart. Additionally, he recorded the soundtrack song 'Stay Alive' for the webtoon 7Fates: Chakho, further demonstrating his versatility as an artist.

In 2022, Jung Kook collaborated with American singer Charlie Puth on the single 'Left and Right', which reached number twenty-two on the US Billboard Hot 100. That same year, he made history as the first South Korean artist to release an official song for the FIFA World Cup soundtrack with 'Dreamers', which he performed at the opening ceremony of the tournament.

Jung Kook's solo career took a significant leap in 2023 with the release of his debut single 'Seven', featuring Latto. The track shattered numerous records, debuting at number one on the Billboard Hot 100, the Global 200, and the Global Excl. U.S. charts, making him the first Korean solo artist to achieve this feat. 'Seven' also became the fastest song in history to surpass one billion streams on Spotify. His follow-up single '3D', featuring Jack Harlow, debuted at number five on both the Hot 100 and the UK Singles Chart, solidifying his status as a leading solo artist.
