Kairi Sane

Kairi Sane, born on September twenty-third, nineteen eighty-eight, is a celebrated Japanese professional wrestler and actress. Known for her captivating performances, she first gained prominence in the wrestling world under the ring name Kairi Hojo while competing for World Wonder Ring Stardom from two thousand twelve to two thousand seventeen. During her time there, she embraced a unique 'Pirate Princess' persona, achieving remarkable success as a one-time World of Stardom Champion and a five-time Artist of Stardom Champion, among other accolades.

In two thousand seventeen, Kairi made her transition to WWE, adopting the ring name Kairi Sane. Her debut was marked by a historic victory in the inaugural Mae Young Classic tournament. She quickly rose through the ranks, capturing the NXT Women's Championship in two thousand eighteen and earning the prestigious NXT Year-End Awards for both Female Competitor of the Year and Overall Competitor of the Year.

Her journey continued as she debuted on WWE's main roster in two thousand nineteen, where she formed the Kabuki Warriors with Asuka. Together, they became the longest reigning WWE Women's Tag Team Champions and were honored with the WWE Year-End Award for Women's Tag Team of the Year. In February twenty twenty-two, Kairi returned to World Wonder Ring Stardom, performing under the name Kairi. She also made her mark in New Japan Pro-Wrestling, becoming the inaugural IWGP Women's Champion. As of March twenty twenty-three, she became a free agent and made a triumphant return to WWE at the Crown Jewel event, continuing to captivate audiences with her talent and charisma.
