Kalvin Phillips

Kalvin Phillips, born on December second, nineteen ninety-five, is an accomplished English professional footballer renowned for his role as a defensive midfielder. Currently, he plays for EFL Championship club Sheffield United, on loan from Premier League giants Manchester City.

Phillips began his football journey as an academy graduate of Leeds United, his hometown club, where he made his senior debut in two thousand fifteen. His career took a significant turn during the 2019–20 season when he was part of the Leeds team, under the guidance of Marcelo Bielsa, that clinched the Championship title.

In two thousand twenty-two, Phillips signed with Manchester City, contributing to a remarkable continental treble that included the Premier League, FA Cup, and UEFA Champions League in his debut season.
