Kanako Itō, born on March twenty-eight, nineteen seventy-three, is a talented Japanese singer and composer hailing from Utsunomiya, Tochigi, Japan. Renowned for her captivating voice, she has contributed a vast array of songs to the realms of video games, visual novels, and anime, establishing herself as a prominent figure in the Japanese entertainment industry.

Among her notable works, Itō is best known for her poignant track "Kanashimi no Mukō e" (悲しみの向こうへ), which serves as the "bad end" theme for the visual novel School Days. Her musical talents extend beyond this single piece, as she has also lent her voice to various songs featured in drama CDs and anime adaptations of the same title.
