Kanstantsin Sivtsov

Kanstantsin Sivtsov, born on August ninth, nineteen eighty-two, is a notable figure in the world of professional cycling. Hailing from Belarus, he embarked on his cycling career in two thousand one and dedicated nearly two decades to the sport, showcasing his talents across various prestigious teams.
