Karl Beveridge, born on January 1, 1945, is a distinguished Canadian artist and photographer whose work engages with pressing cultural, social, and political issues. His artistic practice is characterized by a commitment to collaboration and dialogue, often reflecting on the complexities of ideology, power, and control.
For over three decades, Beveridge has partnered with his long-time collaborator and partner, Carole Condé. Together, they have created a significant body of work that has been showcased in more than fifty solo exhibitions across four continents.
