Kat DeLuna

Kat DeLuna, born on November twenty-six, nineteen eighty-seven, is an American singer, composer, and dancer who began her musical journey as a teenager. She signed with Epic Records and made her mark in the industry with her debut single, 'Whine Up', released in two thousand seven. The track achieved commercial success, entering the Top 40 in various countries and topping the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart.

Despite the initial success of her debut single, DeLuna's first studio album, '9 Lives', released in the same year, did not replicate that success. However, the album's third single, 'Run the Show', found its way to the top, reaching number two on the Hot Dance Club Play chart and gaining traction in multiple territories.

After parting ways with Epic Records, DeLuna continued to pursue her passion for music, collaborating on various projects and working on her second studio album, 'Inside Out', which was released in two thousand ten through Universal Music Belgium. This album featured notable singles such as 'Party O'Clock', 'Unstoppable', 'Push Push', and 'Dancing Tonight', showcasing her versatility as an artist.

In two thousand sixteen, she released a compilation album titled 'Loading', with the single 'Wanna See U Dance' marking her return to the music scene in two thousand twelve. Currently, DeLuna is in the process of creating her fourth studio album, promising to deliver more of her unique sound to her fans.

Throughout her career, DeLuna has received numerous accolades, including 'Best New Artist' at the Los Premios MTV Latinoamérica two thousand seven and the TMF Awards in two thousand eight. Her single 'Whine Up' also earned her the title of 'Latin Dance Club Play Track of the Year' at the two thousand eight Latin Billboard Music Awards, along with a Casandra Award for 'Best International Artist' in the same year.
