Katerine Savard

Katerine Savard, born on May twenty-six, nineteen ninety-three, is a distinguished Canadian former competitive swimmer renowned for her expertise in women's butterfly events and freestyle relays. Throughout her career, she has set numerous Canadian national records in the butterfly across the fifty, one hundred, and two hundred metre distances, both in short and long course formats.

In addition to her national achievements, Savard holds the Canadian junior butterfly record in the two hundred metre event, showcasing her exceptional talent from a young age. Her competitive spirit shone brightly at the 2013 Summer Universiade in Kazan, where she clinched the gold medal in the one hundred metre butterfly event, marking a significant milestone in her career.

Further solidifying her legacy, Savard achieved gold at the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, setting a new Commonwealth record in the one hundred metre butterfly.
