Kelsi Dahlia, born on July fifteenth, nineteen ninety-four, is a distinguished former American competitive swimmer renowned for her exceptional prowess in the pool. Specializing in butterfly and freestyle events, she made her mark as a formidable athlete during her time at the University of Louisville.
