Kelsie Ahbe

Kelsie Ahbe, born on July sixth, nineteen ninety-one, is a distinguished pole vaulter who proudly represents Canada, having originally been born in the United States. Her athletic journey has been marked by significant achievements, including a notable twelfth place finish at the 2016 Rio Olympics, where she showcased her talent on the world stage.

Under the guidance of Tim Mack, a gold medalist from the 2004 Olympics, Kelsie honed her skills and competed in both the 2017 and 2019 World Championships. In 2019, she transitioned to the coaching of Jim Bemiller, who has a rich history of mentoring elite athletes, including Mack and Lawrence Johnson.

Kelsie's early career saw her competing for the United States, where she finished seventh at the 2010 World Junior Championships in Athletics.
