Kenny Burrell

Kenny Burrell, born on July thirty-first, nineteen thirty-one, is a distinguished American jazz guitarist, composer, and banjoist. Renowned for his contributions to the jazz genre, he has left an indelible mark on the music scene through his work with prestigious labels such as Prestige, Blue Note, Verve, CTI, Muse, and Concord.

Throughout his illustrious career, Burrell has collaborated with numerous artists, most notably with the legendary Jimmy Smith. Their partnership yielded the acclaimed album 'Organ Grinder Swing,' which achieved a spot in the Billboard Top Twenty in nineteen sixty-five, showcasing Burrell's exceptional talent and creativity.
